It's true, there are fewer events on the calendars in the Hudson Valley and Catskills this winter than in past years. BUT, it's an opportunity! An opportunity to see a concert, or an art show, or visit a historic spot that you normally wouldn't - scarcity breeds creativity, trying new things is a good thing.
