Three decades ago, we began as a small office on the Village Green in Woodstock. Our founder, Joan Lonergan, saw an opportunity to fill a void in the local real estate market. She opened her doors willing to help everyone who walked through to find their own place in the rich local landscape she grew up in, regardless of whether they were looking for a small fixer-upper cottage or a luxury home on a mountainside with million dollar views. Her vision for the perfect Upstate brokerage included always doing what was ethical, what was right, and having a team that would share their love and deep understanding of the unique communities they served with their clients. They would be the foremost experts on the everything from local ordinances to where to find the best cup of coffee and homemade cookie near every property they represented or showed to a buyer.
