Last week, two of our agents and one of the members of our marketing team sat down with the designer and builder of the Hempcrete houses that are newly available in Stone Ridge, Paul Petrov. Paul is first of all, a ton of fun, second an expert in green building technologies who’s willing to share his deep knowledge and total enthusiasm for the topic, and third a lover of the Hudson Valley landscape and lifestyle. What follows is an edited – by half – version of our talk. Frankly, we could have talked and learned from Paul for twice as long as we did.
