Owning a home in the Caribbean is a dream come true for me. In 2004 my husband and I took a weeks scuba diving vacation on St Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Because you cannot dive and fly in the same day (you need to off-gas nitrogen in between) we had some free time before departing.
