The quaint town of Woodstock, NY, has long been celebrated as a mountain enclave of creatives and artists. Beyond the iconic music festival (which, of course, was not actually held in Woodstock), Woodstock is famous for its charming Village, centered around the green that we're named for (Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty), and its art scene. One of the nicest ways to enjoy Woodstock is by planning a day around visiting as many of the art galleries both in the village and outside as you can while taking breaks to visit the carefully curated retail shops in town and one or two of the restaurants (tacos anyone?) and/or stopping for desert (ice cream?).
