How many people can honestly say they love the work they do every day? When I was asked to join the Village Green team as a newly licensed agent in 1997, I was excited. Real Estate seemed to be an interesting and challenging business. It is over 25 years later & I still feel so much enthusiasm and gratitude for my clients and successful business.
I have been an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty for over 25 years and am the Senior Agent in this company. During this time, we have grown to 6 offices in Ulster, Dutchess, and Greene Counties and nearly 100 agents. Every step of the way we’ve maintained our commitment to outstanding service for our clients and insistence on doing business in an ethical, honest, and transparent way.
I have been recognized by the Ulster County Board of Realtors, as well as Coldwell Banker, for my excellent sales record. What are the secrets to my success? I believe in REALLY knowing the market. I begin each day studying the new listings, pending sales and searching for the best matches for my clients. I preview new listings and develop a sense of the "essence" of each home, the neighborhood, it's condition and exact location. I can give you an accurate assessment of the market value of your home. The sort of assessment that comes from having actually seen every house that’s competing with yours for buyers’ attention. The sort of assessment you can’t get from a computer algorithm, but one that only comes from actually having been in the houses that have sold in the recent past.
I believe in picking up the phone! We live in a world of technology & expectations of fast response, current and precise information is essential. Coldwell Banker Village Green has a wonderful program that helps our agents manage the technology side of our marketing: need a property video? Done. Need a newsletter to your buyers? Done. You WILL hear from me. I WILL get your deal done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. I have time to spend with you whether it's taking a 3rd look at a property you are considering purchasing or having a conversation about how to improve your current home to maximize the sale price. If it doesn’t fly right off the shelf, I will have time to chat. I have been consistent and honest during my entire Real Estate career. I have excellent relationships with other agents in the field and I am dedicated to my clients. My personal belief is that everyone deserves to be treated fairly & honestly. I have many past clients who refer their family & friends to me and this, I believe, is a strong testament in itself.
