Not only is Amy a brilliant negotiator, she supports the difficult process from inception to closing, beyond the required role of an agent. Incredibly, she sold my house after the first few showings. Amy was my fourth agent, and while the others were enthusiastic and involved at the beginning - only until the signing of the exclusive contract - Amy was the only [agent] who sustained her interest. She followed through and communicated on a continuous basis, dealing with every problem in detail, including finding a trustworthy and affordable contractor for repairs required after inspection.

Her generosity of spirit and loyalty were remarkable. She was always available and responded immediately to all enquiries.
