I am a life-long New Yorker. I grew up in Rochester and moved to Manhattan in the 1980's.
As so many New Yorkers do, I had many career adventures. I studied at the New York school of dog grooming and had a wonderful career for many years as dog groomer to the rich and famous.
After a trip to the Hudson Valley in the early 2000's, I became immediately smitten with the beauty, diversity, history and culture that existed so close to NYC, yet worlds away. I knew I wanted to make the move!
The experience that I had with the Real Estate agent who helped my husband and I buy our home on the Hudson River was so exciting, easy and enjoyable that it led me to a career change as well. I became a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Village Green and I have never looked back.
