We found Nadine Bechle by accident, calling the Coldwell Banker number and having the luck that she picked up.  From the beginning, Nadine showed total professionalism.  She was interested in hearing about our property, a modest old farmhouse in Tannersville, NY, and came over soon after to see it.  She realized it's potential immediately, liking all the positive things that drew us to buy the house in the first place.  Yes, there were flaws too such as the outside needing painting, and there being only one bathroom, but Nadine saw the lovely light coming at dusk, the brand new sun porch that faced the woods, the luxuriant bathroom with a jacuzzi, and the new wood floors on the first floor.  She also loved the historic aspects of the house such as the wide plank flooring on the second floor.

Nadine took photos of the rooms and arranged the furniture in such a way that everything was shown at its best.  No trickery, just artful perspective.  She also returned during the fall to photograph the beauty of the house with the foliage.

Nadine wrote excellent text to support the photographs on the listing services.  It's interesting that an earlier experience with a different realtor brought our cousin, upon reading this realtor's text, to say that the description of the house was unappealing.  How different were Nadine's words!!  She knew exactly how to describe the house and bring forward its best aspects.

Then Nadine hired a videographer who created a wonderful video of the house with extra footage showing the beauty of the surrounding area.  We fell in love with our house all over again.

Nadine was always attentive to our phone calls and worked hard to market our property.  As luck would have it, the two women who bought our house, loved our house as we did.  So not only did we sell our house through Nadine's efforts, but we also sold it to people who can appreciate all the beauty of the house and it's environment as we did.

Another very important point is that Nadine listed the house at a fair price.  She did not underestimate it's value so that we would list it at a lower price, thus maybe selling it sooner.  She knew the market and what the house was worth!
