Originally from California, I came to the East Coast for graduate school at Rutgers University. I didn’t realize it at the time, but New York State would become my new home. I’ve lived in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Garrison, Cold Spring, Windham, and Newburgh. I like to say, “Once I got here, I just kept moving up the river.” There’s something so wonderful about New York City being an hour away from the Appalachian trail. You have the experiences of high culture and wild nature within a short drive.
The Hudson Valley is my great love, and I never tire of exploring all the small towns that line the riverbanks and dot the mountains. Each season offers something special to those of us lucky enough to live and play here. In the day, you can hike, bike, snowshoe, ski, swim in a lake, Kayak, golf, backpack and in the evening, attend concerts, theater events and eat in wonderful locally sourced restaurants.
I began my real estate career in the town of Windham. I loved helping people, whether that meant finding their special place, or selling homes they had outgrown.
