I can’t possibly say enough good things about Eric Amaral. He went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Knowledgeable, communicative, helpful and understanding. Even when our first lender dropped us and things were looking bleak, my husband and I would say “well if nothing else we have Eric and he’s the best, and he will help make this happen for us.” Which he did. Because of Eric’s incredibly hard work, we are now the proud owners of a home that is skyrocketing in value, is safe and comfortable, and is honestly the house of our dreams. Not only would I recommend Eric to anyone who needs a realtor- but I would recommend him for sainthood. Because this guy did a miracle for us. Our original closing date was supposed to be December 8th! And he stuck with us every step of the way. It’s probably a good thing my Lyft is pulling up to the tattoo shop right now, or I would certainly write a million more pages about how amazing Eric is.
