We met Emily Kragness when we looked at one of her rental properties. We didn't end up renting her house, but she gave us her card and mentioned that she was a real estate agent. Overall, Emily is an amazing real estate agent. She walks into a house and immediately goes to areas that might be a problem. She is friendly and energetic, and her knowledge of architecture is impressive. She knows about homeowning, and she is able to view a house as if she were going to live in it. She made suggestions to us about our house, and we hear the same suggestions from inspectors and contractors with twice as much experience in the business.

We heartily encourage anyone looking for a home to use Emily. She is a kind and caring person with a ton of knowledge, common sense, and terrific people skills. We have already recommended Emily to our friends who are working with her now.

Wow I went through a whole lot with Emily Kragness and she was nothing short of solid, professional, kind and went above and beyond to help me find my home. Emily helped me find another home earlier in the year (after months of looking) where the buyer pulled out suddenly and relisted the home for $50k more in a hot market in the height of the pandemic. We had to start all over again in an extremely competitive market with new rules and hygiene and germs to worry about. Emily went extremely above and beyond by previewing homes for me when I couldn’t make the drive to upstate NY and showing me the homes via video chat. The home I eventually bought was shown to me in that way and she got her friend to actually show it to me in person when our schedules didn’t match up. Emily has been by my side for almost a year in finding a home that suited me! I constantly peppered her with a ton of questions since it was my first house purchase and she always got back to me and helped the process relatively painless and easy! And she’s also very positive attitude and very honest, which is hard to find in a person let alone an agent. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!!
