Ellen Osgood went far above and beyond. Per our original agreement, she ably handled cleaning out and sterilizing the entire house and sheds, selling several vehicles and anything of value, donating what could be donated, and having the rest carted away. She worked exceptionally well with me, my attorneys and the buyer’s agent. Great at reading the market, pricing, working around the lockdown... Can’t imagine a Realtor who would do more.
