Biography

After many years of practicing Real Estate in Puerto Rico I decided to further my career and move back New York City. I returned to Manhattan received my New York Real Estate license and purchased a first apartment in NYC.

As a native New Yorker and living a few years on an Island I yearned for nature, again.

I started exploring the Hudson Valley and fell in love with Greene County and its "Fable and Romance".

In 2018 we purchased a second property, this time in the Catskill Mountain Ski Area and in 2021 we purchased a third property in Palenville NY.

I have firsthand experience purchasing, first and second homes as well as income properties. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate, I can provide you with support, local market trends, and much more.
