Biography

Since entering real estate in 2004, Joel Moss has been positively changing the perception of real estate brokers one client at a time. Her superior service, broad market knowledge, hard work ethic and genuine dedication have earned her high respect in the industry, making her continually sought after by buyers, sellers, investors, and developers alike.

Joel boasts a successful track record of fulfilling clients' needs and negotiating smooth transactions. She is empathetic, intelligent, and tenacious when it counts. As an Accredited Staging Professional, Joel also brings a distinct advantage to the sale process by showcasing every one of her listings in the best possible light to optimize appeal and command higher prices.

Joel has facilitated the sale of new developments, co-ops, condos, townhouses, and apartment buildings spanning across NYC from Prospect Heights, Brooklyn to Upper Manhattan, with a roster of clients hailing from all four corners of the globe. She has served as sales director for the Crillon Court condominium conversion since 2009. She was sales director for the Kheel Tower Condominiums in Chelsea, and in 2012, she was instrumental in the successful sell out of the Carriage House Condominiums.

After splitting her time between New York City and the Hudson Valley for the better part of two decades, Joel is now pleased to call Hurley, NY her permanent home. She lives in a 100-year-old farmhouse with her husband, eight chickens and two cats.

Prior to selling real estate, Joel honed her sharp business, marketing and organizational skills as the owner and operator of a vegetarian cafe and bookstore in her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. When not in the garden, Joel enjoys meditation, hiking, yoga, biking, and surfing.
