My name is Bruce Stalnaker, I'm 44, engaged and living in the Esopus area. I was born in western PA near Pittsburgh. I moved to this area back in 1984 for a job with IBM. After 16 years at IBM I took an early retirement and began working for myself. I started Ulster Land Development and over the next year and a half I bought, developed and resold a dozen building lots locally. While selling those lots I realized how much I enjoyed helping folks locate the spot of their dreams. I got my real estate license in June of 2003 and have loved every second of this hectic job since, especially being a buyers agent. It's now spring of 2007 and I'll be starting my 5th year as a full time Realtor this summer. I've learned so much in the last 4 years. We've had quite a change in the market here in the last year and I've learned to adapt quickly. I kicked some butt in 2006 and was top sales agent in this office! I hope to hold on to that title for 2007 and will work relentlessly for you, whether it's selling your property or helping you buy another. My main loves in life, aside from my fiancé of course, are my four legged friends. We love our dogs! I have two German shepards and two German short hair pointers. My other passions include motorcycle riding, hiking, traveling, hunting, camping, fishing, and quiet times at home. This summer I start my third year as a realtor and I simply love this job. I can represent you as a sellers agent or as a buyers agent. I've been in front of zoning and planning boards, I'm familiar with the requirements for subdivision and septic approvals.
