Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty's
Hudson Valley and Catskills Real Estate Offices
Our Upstate NY real estate offices are strategically located across the Hudson Valley and Catskills region. Our real estate agents (the best in the Hudson Valley and Catskills) serve Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Schoharie, Sullivan and Ulster counties from our eight locations. Our offices are located on the main streets of some of our favorite villages: Carmel (Hamlet), Catskill, Kinderhook, Kingston, New Paltz, Red Hook, Windham, and Woodstock.
If you're just browsing for an Upstate NY home for sale, are looking for information on the real estate market, or want to have a low-pressure conversation about selling a property, our offices are a great place to start. There's always an agent on duty who's ready to help you via phone or in-person. If you do visit one of our offices, you'll be treated to an ever-rotating display of local artwork. All our offices serve as "Galleries-At-Work". Local artists display their work for sale and give our agents and our clients the opportunity to enjoy it for a time while they're conducting their real estate business. Many of our real estate clients have left the office with a new piece of artwork for their new home in the Catskills or Hudson Valley The gallery rotation, plus the displays of our most up-to-date listings make our offices fresh, fun places to visit. Children are welcome, dogs are welcome (we've got water and treats) - everyone is welcome! Our offices are open 9-5 throughout the year and often later in the summer months.
When you're working with one of Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty's local experts, you might meet your agent at the office location where they keep their desk, or you might choose to meet at another location that's convenient for you - our agents are able to conduct business from literally anywhere, and each of our offices is accessible to every one of our agents.
