It’s been a crazy year for everyone, but particularly for real estate in the Hudson Valley.

In the last quarter alone, median home prices increased over 25% in Columbia County from the same period in 2019 and overall sales were up 61%. In Greene County median home prices increased over 35% over the previous year and overall sales were up 60%.
