We have such exciting news! According to 2014 statistics from the Ulster County MLS* our Associate Broker, Laurie Ylvisaker was the top Real Estate Salesperson in the Ulster County MLS in 2014. Laurie Ylvisaker is associated with Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty’s Woodstock office. Her success this year has lead her to be included in Coldwell Banker’s “International Presidents Elite” circle, which includes only the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker Salespeople in the country. It is an enormous honor and accomplishment.
