1. Get Pre-Approved For A Home Loan.
Buyers who can demonstrate that they’re ready and able to purchase a home will win out in a bidding war.
2. Work With A Local Agent Experienced With Multiple Offers.
Local agents like ours know all the players in a transaction, how to get hold of them fast, and how to negotiate with them.
3. Get Comfy With An Around-The-Clock Agent.
Make sure you work with an agent who is “on” morning, afternoon and midnight and that you’ve discussed your must-haves, your wants, and your would-be-great-ifs with them. When your agent texts you at 10pm with the perfect property, click their link and decide if you’d like to see it right away. Time is of the essence!
4. Be The First To Bid.
It’s a cliché for a reason - the early bird gets the worm!
