Marcia Zwilling R.E. Salesperson
I was born and raised in the Hudson Valley and have returned full circle to the community I have always called home. After graduating Kingston High School, I worked for Albert Grossman and was blessed to have lived in Woodstock during its transformative years from an artist colony to a music mecca which attracted some of the best musicians of the time. Thus, began my career as a songwriter with covers by Bonnie Raitt and Patty Loveless.
Eventually Los Angeles called, and I segued into television hired as Director of Development for Steve Martin’s production company, and later went to Lorimar Television where I served as Vice President of Current Programming. After 20 years in the entertainment industry, I decided to leave for Austin, Texas to pursue an English Degree and focus on writing. While in Austin, I worked as a political consultant on numerous campaigns. It was also in Austin that I bought my first house. I’ll never forget the thrill and joy of walking through my first home. It was a dream come true.
Over the years I have gained experience buying and selling numerous homes and I know it can be both stressful and wonderful at the same time. I also know that there is nothing better than helping someone find the home of their dreams or finding a perfect buyer for someone who is making new life changes.
Given my creative background and extensive marketing experience, I like to think outside the box. I know that I will do everything possible to help you sell your house, or help you find your perfect place to call home. I live in Woodstock with my 2 dogs, 6 chickens and one temperamental cat. I also have a beautiful Mustang named Miley that I raised since she was a yearling. All this has led me to feel confident that together, we can get it done!
