Gretchen Juliano R.E. Salesperson
Raised amidst an ocean environment and now a Hudson Valley transplant firmly established over the past twenty years, I breathe ocean and mountain environments while relating to the proximity of the urban metropolis. It is this balance that gives me a unique perspective on properties – whether for sale or purchase. I have long been passionate about land use and development and spent the majority of my academic career as a sociologist focused on the interactions of place (home, business, land and leisure) and community identity. Properties are spaces that contain our daily experiences.
Real estate has always been part of my life as our family environment included developers, real estate agents and property management professionals. I have career experience in planning, community profiling, historic preservation and land use mediation which allows me to see the potential and benefit in properties that may otherwise not be obvious. Completion of the Land Use Leadership Alliance Training Program (Pace University, Land Use Law Center) and the Graduate, REALTOR Institute® (National Association of Realtors), along with focused training in senior housing, second home properties and seller representation further contribute to my industry knowledge. I have called diverse regions across the country home over the years and have personal experience both buying and selling properties. Each real estate transaction is unique and presents its own property design, conditions, challenges and negotiations.
It is my role to guide you through the real estate process, step by step, toward the goal of finding you the property that fits your current needs or discovering the buyer that appreciates the value of your current property. I look forward to working with you as buyer or seller to professionally and comprehensively reach your goals related to a Hudson Valley property.
