Having grown up in Woodstock, then living in New York City since starting college, I understand the benefits and trade-offs to living outside of NYC.  The Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains have always felt like my home no matter where in the world I happened to be living.  To this day I have not been anywhere as enjoyable to live while also remaining affordable, not crowded, and full of wonderful places to see and things to do!!!   There is something for everyone, just like the city...only cleaner!  I personally love the natural wilderness of Upstate NY and especially all the hiking trails that are located throughout the region.  I still can't believe this all exists starting at about one hour's drive north of NYC. These are just a few of the reasons I decided to move back to the Woodstock area a few years ago after almost 20 years of living in Manhattan and working as a commercial photographer.

 As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with CBVGR who is extremely knowledgeable about both the Hudson Valley and New York City Real Estate, my clients have complete access to me and all my knowledge day and night!  Real Estate is my only career now and working for my clients has ALWAYS been what I do best!  It doesn't matter if I'm negotiating the sale of a client's property or advising them on a potential purchase of their next home, weekend home or an investment/rental property.  I am constantly making sure that their best interests are being put first.  No excuses!  So if you need a Real Estate agent to guide you throughout the entire process, I am ready to work with you.  Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Selling a Home -When it's time to move you'll need someone who will advertise your home, take AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHS to show it to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, and handle all necessary paperwork as well as supervise the closing.  I can take care of everything you'll need, from start to close.

Consulting on Home Selling Tactics -Most buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do.  With my experience, I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience.  This often can, and will, help you get top dollar!  Also, things like staging the home, making minor repairs or improvements, or just a fresh coat of paint on the walls can all make the difference between how fast or slow a home will sell.
