Biography

Originally from Ohio, I began my 15+ year career in marketing and advertising in Chicago. In 2013, my career brought me to New York City where I fell in love with the East Coast and the Hudson Valley. The region’s rich history, stunning architecture, and endless outdoor activities quickly became my escape from the hustle of city life – and my passion.

I believe real estate marks the beginning of a new adventure for every buyer and seller. My personal real estate journey began in 2007 with the purchase and renovation of my first condo in Chicago. I transformed that property into a long-term rental, which paved the way for additional ventures, including running a successful Airbnb in the Hudson Valley and undertaking extensive home renovations. Most recently, I completed my first house flip – a charming 1930s cottage in the Village of Coxsackie. These experiences have given me firsthand knowledge of property investment, renovation, and management.
