Biography

I was raised in Westchester and have lived in Putnam and Dutchess for over 40 years. I realized that I love working with people when I started my first career working as a flight attendant based in Miami. After returning to New York, I became a Real Estate Salesperson in 1985 and soon after became a Broker. 

For several years, I was a Mortgage Officer for a local bank. It gave me great experience which has tied in with my Real Estate knowledge. I have worked on new construction, assisted in general contracting, design, and property development. My well-rounded background and expertise can significantly help you with your Real Estate needs.  

I am licensed in New York and Connecticut and specialize in listing and selling homes. I am an experienced professional with excellent knowledge of the area. You will find me hardworking, reliable, and creative. I am easy to work with. I will give you the best possible service, which will lead to the successful sale of your home or the purchase of your dream home. 

My love of animals and nature helps me appreciate the beauty of the Hudson Valley. In my spare time I use my creative skills for cooking, sewing, jewelry making and crafts. Currently I am taking Tai Chi classes.

In 2016 I took over the oldest Coldwell Banker in Putnam County, Coldwell Banker Fowkes Realty, and moved the company to lower Dutchess. In 2020 we moved the office to 1088 Rte 52 in Carmel right across from the Kent Elementary School. We received the 30-year award with Coldwell Banker. We renovated the entire office making it one of the nicest offices in the area. In May 2022 we joined CB Village Green where we will enjoy the same office but grow with Village Green Realty. I am very happy to be part of CB Village Green and look forward to continuing being with a successful office.
