Moving to Kingston in 2010, Liz Harrington quickly learned the unique opportunities and challenges of homeownership in the Hudson Valley. From preserving a property’s character to navigating seasonal maintenance, she understands what it takes to keep a home market-ready in this distinctive region.

As a licensed real estate salesperson with Coldwell Banker Village Green, Liz specializes in representing sellers. She also partners with Certified Passive House and high-performance builders focused on creating bespoke homes for clients that reflect refined design, efficiency and a deep connection to nature.

Her experience as founder of Local Home Check, a trusted home watch service for second-home owners and snowbirds, has given her valuable insights, connections, and access — skills she brings to every client she represents.
