Biography

Having spent nearly 23 years growing up in the Bronxville, NY area, Chris relocated to the Hudson Valley for work where he began to fall in love with its many charms. First moving to the quaint village of Montgomery, Chris and his wife Debra, then spent 18 years in the dynamic and diverse city of Middletown raising their son, Nicholas. Finally, after years of telling Debra if they ever moved again, it would be to Warwick, that is where they chose to settle. He will never move again.

Between Chris' early career in sales sending him to nearly every corner of the region and accompanying Debra on many weekend listing and showings and her days as a residential appraiser nearly 20 years ago, you could say through osmosis and travel, the Hudson Valley and the business of real estate was always in his heart and mind. After many years of nag...er...encouragement to also pursue his own license, he finally listened to Debra and completed the course and passed the exam to officially join the love of his life and associate broker extraordinaire in the profession.

In his spare time, he is a supremely proud Dad of Nicholas, his wonder and joy. Chris is also a devoted rescue dog dad. He looks forward to serving his future clients and customers and helping them see the beauty of this beautiful area of the great state of New York.
