Amie Durham was brought to my attention from a previous listing she had sold. I was very comfortable with her. She was not a push over like most realtors. She was here for me 24/7! Day or not sun to snow! She is truly one of a kind! Aysa Morehead was suggested from Amie since we were in her area. She was very informational about everything, Surrounding her county. She knew were the schools were. Also gave me more in-site on well, septic, gutters. Etc! She was also very comforting too. Over all great person. I was very nervous and I had no idea what I was doing. These two woman had my back the entire time. They were both very informational. They both were very involved in my wants and needs. Both woman went in to multiple homes and helped look for things I need to be aware of when owning a home. To looking from septic tanks, structure, roofs, plumbing you name it! I am writing this for Amie Durham who was my real estate agent that I was very pleased with. It was not easy for me to sell a fully furnished condo, but Amie assured me to trust in her and that she would get me through all of it. She helped me with getting needed repairs done and even helped bring donations to the ASPCA several times, along with helping me vacuum the place.
