Hello my name is Sheena Lepez, and I am a licensed Realtor, working for Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty. I am a native to the Hudson Valley, residing in the lovely Ulster County. I am a graduate of Saugerties High School , afterwards attending Ulster County Community College as a fine art major.
I chose to become a realtor because I enjoy working with people, and have a passion for finding them the right property. Also I truly believe that Ulster County is one of the most beautiful places in the world with a lot to offer. You could do anything you would like in a day and be right back home, a trip to the best and biggest city in the US or New York's capitol Albany, hiking or skiing in the Catskill Mountains, or a boat ride on the historic river.
