How to Get to Our Kingston Office
By Car, from NYC & South: North on NYS Thruway (Route 87) to Exit 19 (Kingston). Take traffic circle around to Washington Avenue to 3rd traffic light. Take a left onto North Front Street. At next traffic light continue straight, all traffic will bear right onto Fair Street, go 2 blocks & our Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty office is on the left (268 Fair Street). We are in the Historic Stockade District of Uptown Kingston.
By Car, from Albany & North: South on NYS Thruway to Exit 19. Take traffic circle around to Washington Avenue to 3rd traffic light. Take a left onto North Front Street. How to Get to Our Stone Ridge Office
By Car, from NYC and South: Take NYS Thruway to Exit 18 New Paltz. Make a left turn going down Main Street New Paltz, you will drive through the town and go through several lights, when you get to the bottom of the hill make a right at the light (Mobil, Neko Sushi Restaurant)onto Route 32 North.) Go about 7 Miles until you get to Route 213 West in Rosendale where you can only make a left turn. You make an almost U turn to get onto Route 213 (by the Stewart's Shop). Go through Rosendale, under large railroad bridge, about 4 miles to Route 209. Make a right onto 209 and continue about 1/2 mile until you see the Coldwell Banker sign on the left on the corner of 213 West.
By Car, from Kingston and North: Take Route 209 South into Stone Ridge. We are on the right side of the road on the corner of 213 West and 209.
By Bus: Adirondack Trailways from NYC or Albany. For schedule information call: (845) 331-0744. The bus stops in Rosendale (ten minutes from Stone Ridge) and in New Paltz.

By Car, from NYC and South: Take NYS Thruway North to Exit 21/Catskill. Follow signs to Route 23 West towards Catskill, Hunter, and Windham. Turn left onto CR 23B and merge onto NY 23 West. Drive 23 Miles into the Village of Windham. NY-23 becomes Main Street. Coldwell Banker Village Green will be on your left, just past Church Street.
By Car, from the North: Take NYS Thruway South to Exit 21/Catskill. Follow signs to Route 23 West towards Catskill, Hunter, and Windham. Turn left onto CR 23B and merge onto NY 23 West. Drive 23 Miles into the Village of Windham. NY-23 becomes Main Street. Coldwell Banker Village Green will be on your left, just past Church Street.

How to Get to Our Woodstock Office
By Car, from NYC & South: North on NYS Thruway (Route 87) to Exit 19 (Kingston). Take Route 28 West about 6 miles to right on Route 375. Take Route 375 about 3 miles to end at stop sign. This intersection is Route 212. Take a left into Woodstock Village (Route 212 turns into Mill Hill Road). When you reach the center of town take a right onto Rock City Road. Our office is in the first building on your right (4 Rock City Road) & Woodstock's municipal parking lot is just past the Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty sign for your convenience.
By Car, from Albany & North: South on NYS Thruway to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take a left onto Route 32, go 200 yards to right on Route 212 (traffic light). Take Route 212 about 20 miles to Woodstock. (Route 212 turns into Mill Hill Road). When you reach the center of town take a right onto Rock City Road.
