For residential properties, I handle all levels and price ranges. On the commercial side, I provide assistance with sales, purchases, leases, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and identifying properties for various types of projects. About me: I am an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty in beautiful, historic Stone Ridge, NY. I also maintain a part-time law practice limited to wills, matrimonial matters and criminal defense. I am originally from Brooklyn Heights, lived in Parkland, Florida for a while, and finally returned home to New York in early 2005. When I decided to leave Florida, I knew I wanted to be a permanent resident of the Catskills and Hudson Valley, where I had vacationed for over 20 years before moving out of state.
Professional & Educational Background: I received my Doctor of Jurisprudence from New York Law School and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Estate, Property Development and Finance Law from the University of Miami School of Law. I am licensed to practice law in New York, Florida, Connecticut and the District of Columbia. In addition to my legal background, I am currently a candidate for certification through the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute. CCIM education has provided me with the tools to analyze a commercial sale or investment, whether a warehouse or apartment building, so as to assist a seller or buyer with pricing, investment returns and other issues that arise in commercial transactions. |
