I was fortunate to grow up here the Hudson Valley and now live in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains.  After high school I went south and graduated with a BFA in Fine Art and lived in New York City for ten years. It was a great experience but I always came back to the mountains, just to rest my city worn psyche, I yearned for the open space and quiet.  In 1986 I just decided to stay and convinced my husband to come with me. It was the best decision I ever made.

I started my company in 1990 in Kingston NY with nothing but the desire to help people, I just never gave up; as a result my positive energy just kept moving me forward. As my company grew and grew I did less and less listing and selling personally but was a mentor and trainer to my managers and agents.  Today Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty is the number 1 national franchise in the areas we service, three of our offices are in Ulster County NY, Woodstock, Kingston and Stone Ridge.
