Originally from Texas, Paula moved to NYC in 1980 to continue a career in fashion, selling her designs on Madison Avenue. Unable to find an apartment other than a sublet, she purchased a building in the East Village, starting her career in real estate. She has been licensed since 1982, initially selling apartment buildings in NYC during the heyday of the 80's as well as running a boutique on Avenue A near her husband's gallery on Rivington Street until 1990. Tired of living in the city with her 2 ½ year old daughter not having a yard to play in, she relocated to Woodstock, initially commuting into the city to work. Spellbound by the beauty of Woodstock, she closed her store in NYC to open a dress shop in Woodstock, Katheryn Love, where she custom designed and made all the clothes for 13 years. She has now devoted her full attention to real estate, receiving the award for the highest increase in sales in 2004. She knows how to listen to a clients' needs in order to find the right property, be it a weekend cottage, full time residence, investment property or land to build your dream home. She is experienced in all phases of construction, from BOH approval to final C of O. She is dedicated and committed to her clients, whether it takes a day or a year to find that special property, always available every step of the way, her goal is finding the perfect match and having fun in the process!
