Having been born and raised in New York City and having enjoyed the New Paltz area for recreation for several years, it was a natural choice for my husband and I to relocate to the Catskill region in 2000.

After a career on Wall Street and real estate experience in the corporate-commercial end as a property manager, our relocation brought the perfect opportunity to change my real estate practice over to the residential market. Our purchase of an antique home sparked my interest in the history and architecture of the area, from New Paltz down to New Kingston (in Delaware County). From 2003-2006 I worked with a custom-home builder, gaining valuable knowledge in new construction and building code.
