I originally bought a home for weekend use in 1986, and as most weekenders would attest, I fell in love with the Hudson Valley and there was no turning back. Prior to moving full time to this area I owned and operated a business in Manhattan for 25 years. After deciding to make the Hudson Valley my year-round home I concentrated my efforts on helping the underprivileged in the community. What started as a volunteer position in 1992 in Ellenville, NY transitioned into a full-time position as director of the New Paltz crisis site in 1993.
The skills I bring to real estate are undeniably my ability to understand the emotional and often conflicting feelings that arise when selling your home or looking to invest a large sum of money in the purchase a new home.
The expertise of a salesperson should include the understanding that real estate transactions can be, and often are stressful. I intend to help find the best value for you, and assist you in the ups and downs of your real estate transaction.
In remembrance of the ongoing need by so many for assistance with food, I offer a percentage of my commissions to the area pantry in which the real estate transaction occurs.
