As a native of Ulster County, after college I went to the Big Apple (and I do love N.Y.C.) to get my feet wet and my business head. But, from my small apartment in Brooklyn I found myself yearning more and more for the space and air of the Catskills. So, in 1986 I came back home. A career in Real Estate was just a natural evolution for me since I was a self-appointed tour-guide and promoter of Ulster County to anyone and everyone I met. I fell in love all over again. I found I could help people make their dreams come true, what a great job I have.

Founder and CEO, I am responsible for the management of 75 Realtors, 5 managers, 1 assistant manager and 4 support personnel in four locations, Woodstock, Kingston and Stone Ridge in Ulster County, New York and Windham in Greene County, New York. Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty is a real estate company that averages 270 closed transactions a year and is estimated to gross 4.2 million dollars income for 2007. We represent buyers and sellers for primary and second homes, vacant land, multi-family, income and investment properties and commercial real estate. In addition we have Realtors who are REO specialists and staff who manage seasonal and long term rentals. Each location has a manager that reports directly to me and each has specific corporate responsibilities which include: National and International Referral and Relocation manager, bookkeeping, accounting and corporate reporting manager and internet/web site manager. I train office staff to monitor all the agents and associate broker activity's related to the listing and selling of real estate. I personally approve new hires and conduct interviews and provide educational seminars. Village Green Realty has continued to grow and expand since its creation 16 years ago. I affiliated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in November of 2001.

For thirteen years I was employed designing corporate marketing print and visual aid materials for promotion, education and products. I was responsible for the concept, preparation, quality control and budgets. For a short while I was marketing coordinator for “Interplex”, a foreign exchange international banking product.
