Congratulations on your decision to find a home! I believe that my background as a broker as well as an attorney will make the process of looking for and finding a home smoother and more enjoyable. I will devote a lot of time in order to understand what it is you are looking for as well as to give you a good sense of the real estate market. Once we find the home you like , my legal background will help in guiding you through the offer and negotiation process and later through the contract and financing stage. My husband, our new baby and I moved here full time in order to fulfill our dream of being surrounded by nature and being a part of a growing and creative community. This area has many people who have found ways to integrate their skills and creativity and forge out a prosperous, fulfilling way of life. My background is very eclectic. I have lived in many parts of the world including Israel, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore and California,and I speak Hebrew and Italian. I have worked in a variety of jobs ranging from Greenpeace, to an Italian marble company in Hong Kong, to A.J.Clarke Real Estate on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, to a large law firm handling class action litigation cases. My interests are even broader: I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, have climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and love ceramics and cooking. Maybe you are thinking that I have done so much, and when did I have time to learn about real estate? Well, from a very young age I have loved finding and investing in real estate. I grew up in a family of developers and have always helped my family and friends find homes. I was very successful as a Real Estate Salesperson in NYC and have had a good start in this wonderful area.
