Twenty years ago, on a day trip with friends out of New York City, I climbed to the top of Skytop Tower at Mohonk Mountain House lodge to have a panoramic view of the surrounding area, including the ‘Gunks,’ the Catskills and the Hudson River Valley. I never looked back. Since then I’ve considered myself very lucky to be a resident here. What I like most about the area is it’s incredibly broad range of choice - which could mean a backcountry hike to a waterfall in the morning, a gallery crawl to see cutting edge art in the afternoon, and a mellow jazz concert in the evening. My job In real estate is to convey that availability of choice to my clients. The range of properties is huge- from classic clapboard farm houses to stream side log homes (I’ve lived in two of them) to sophisticated loft spaces. I have a conviction that there is here the perfect property for every buyer - and also the perfect customer for every seller. I entered real estate after a successful career in book publishing, where I was production director for a company known to be a leader in innovative marketing. I’ve brought some of the marketing skills I used there, including an in-depth awareness of the market and today’s current economic conditions, a thorough knowledge of the process, and a willingness - and patience- to listen closely to what each and every customer has to say. Please feel free to contact me with any question at any time at all - I’ll be happy to hear from you.
