As an investor, builder, design consultant and Realtor, I am passionate about real estate and want to share all the skills I learned buying and selling properties to help you realize your real estate goals.

I have been analyzing real estate since my teens, and though I enjoyed a fifteen year career in environmental science, since 2001 I’ve been dedicated to real estate investment and design.  I have developed successful residential projects in New York City, upstate New York and Canada. The tenure as an environmental scientist impressed upon me the importance of the materials and technologies we use in our homes, and I focused on ‘green’ elements of design long before they were vogue. 

Treating the home as a lab, I founded Ecotekture Development and Design, a New York based company focused on sustainable development, design and eco-friendly building technologies.

I find the lifestyle balance of working in both New York City and the Hudson Valley infinitely rewarding…the two are completely opposite yet so complementary!
