To write my agent bio, I had to first ask myself what are the most important concerns to address for buyers and sellers when looking to connect with Realtor to help them realize their real estate goals?

Let me set the stage by saying that I have lived in the Catskills all of my life and am very familiar with the area. I was born in Rhinebeck, raised in Woodstock and Saugerties and when it came time to buy my first home and start a family, I moved just up the road to beautiful Greene County. I have been a Realtor for 8 years and consider myself a “border agent”. My niche is the northern areas of Ulster County and the Southern end of Greene County, although I have worked everywhere on the west side of the Hudson River, from New Paltz to Coxsackie, up the mountains and in the valley. I would gladly take on clients anywhere in this territory.

I feel that I am knowledgeable of the current market and the changes that have occurred in the last two years and I know that there is always great opportunity for the advantageous among us who aren’t afraid to invest in one of the most beautiful areas in the Northeast and one of the most stable real estate markets in the country. We all know that real estate is a tangible investment.

I have completed several home renovations, working on everything from demo to design, project management to staging. I feel that because of both my own real estate ventures and my work with clients over the years, I have the experience to be a strong advocate for buyers.
